Ronald Seibert

President and CEO

Ron Seibert is an industry veteran with an entrepreneurial approach and a demonstrated track record in business. Founded in 1998, Ron brings many years of diverse experience in Business Management and the Consulting Services Industry to Software Specialists. As the President of the company, he provides the vision and management needed to implement successful business solutions to all our valued Clients. Ron's leadership sets directions, identifies and addresses resistance, secures commitment, provides visible support, monitors progress, builds teams, transfers knowledge and skills, and provides pro-active communication to his team.

Scott Poliziani

Vice President

With over 12 years of staffing experience in finance, planning, and organization, Scott is responsible for all of Software Specialists' financial and operational functions. His duties include annual operating plans, financial reporting, budgetary controls, banking, and contract management. In addition, Scott oversees corporate infrastructure, legal aspects of procurement and staffing, and Software Specialists' charitable ventures including corporate social responsibilities. Scott is local to the Pittsburgh area, attended school at Robert Morris University and joined Software Specialists shortly after graduation in 1998.

Chris Dickenson

Vice President of Sales

Chris Dickenson is a veteran of the IT Services Industry, and has been providing services in the Southeast since 1992.  He is responsible for leading our sales team and new business development in the Commercial sector.  Prior to joining Software Specialists in 2007, Chris spent the previous 15 years with a local Technology Integration firm and a national IT staffing organization, providing services to both Commercial and Government clients throughout SC, NC, GA, and TN.

Tom Suttmiller

Director of Corporate Expansion

Tom Suttmiller is an IT veteran with over 20 years experience in IT consulting sales and service.  Tom manages and directs the sales efforts in the Midwest region, as well as investigating additional business opportunities.  Tom is local to the Pittsburgh area and received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his graduate degree from the University of Hartford.

Murali Balasubramanyam

Senior Vice President 

Mr. Balasubramanyam has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and over three decades of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.  For over 17 years he worked with a leading IT staffing firm in Pittsburgh PA and was responsible for all Talent Acquisition activities of the company.  His role involved globalizing the recruiting function and he successfully launched operations across the globe, including India, Bulgaria, Canada, and Costa Rica.  He also launched and managed an RPO firm that offered sourcing and recruiting services to leading staffing companies in the United States.
