President and CEO
Ron Seibert is an industry veteran with an entrepreneurial approach and a demonstrated track record in business. Founded in 1998, Ron brings many years of diverse experience in Business Management and the Consulting Services Industry to Software Specialists. As the President of the company, he provides the vision and management needed to implement successful business solutions to all our valued Clients. Ron’s leadership sets directions, identifies and addresses resistance, secures commitment, provides visible support, monitors progress, builds teams, transfers knowledge and skills, and provides pro-active communication to his team.
Vice President and CFO
With over 15 years of staffing experience in finance, planning, and organization, Scott is responsible for all of Software Specialists’ financial and operational functions. His duties include annual operating plans, financial reporting, budgetary controls, banking, and contract management. In addition, Scott oversees corporate infrastructure, legal aspects of procurement and staffing, and Software Specialists’ charitable ventures including corporate social responsibilities. Scott is local to the Pittsburgh area, attended school at Robert Morris University and joined Software Specialists shortly after graduation.
Vice President of Sales
Mark is responsible for business development efforts nationwide, creating operational efficiencies between account management, recruiting, and the back office. Mark has 20 years of success in the staffing business in management, business development, and recruiting. Mark is local to the Altanta area and attended school at University of Alabama.
Vice President of Recruiting
Shree has over 10 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry, ranging from Recruiting, Account Management and Operations. Prior to joining Software Specialists Inc. in 2012, he worked as a Consultant for various staffing firms helping them to set up and scale up operations in India. During the same period he also set up an RPO firm in Bangalore, India. Prior to that he was an integral part of the Delivery Management group of a leading IT staffing firm based in Redmond, WA, where he worked from 2005 till 2010 in various roles from recruiting to operations.
Shree is based in our Bangalore facility from where he oversees all of our India operations both in Bangalore and Coimbatore.
