Aerospace

Software Specialists worked with a leading Aerospace and Defense contractor assisting them in certain greenfield implementation efforts.  The companies corporate direction dictated decentralizing operations from major customized software applications to more focused greenfield facilities utilizing an industry and best practice ERP application.  Software Specialists utilized our FasTract and SmartFit methodologies to quickly and efficiently provide a full team of contractors for the project.  The Software Specialists team worked in conjunction with the Aerospace and Defense contractor to train, migrate and implement the ERP applications, as well and transfering the knowledge necessary for the copmpany to maintain the products moving forward.  The overall effort was a tremendous success providing an ROI return of under 18 months.
